The i-Health Centre is our one stop health screening centre which offers medical check-up packages for the identification of risk factors and early detection of illness. We have the latest state-of-the-art medical facilities which will provide fast and accurate results in a short period of time. From health screening to prevention, i-Health Centre offers you the best place to inspire healthy lifestyle with its exclusive services.
At the centre, you will be greeted by our friendly physicians and nurses. After the screening, you can enjoy a variety of specially prepared snacks & refreshments. Freshen up at our changing & shower rooms, equipped with a full range of amenities for your convenience so that you can get on with the rest of your day back at your office.
To meet the various needs of our patients, we have a range of different tests for both men & ladies, and for different age groups.
We are also able to customize health screening packages on behalf of corporate clients for their employees or members, and also for individual based on their special requirements.
Is the executive health screening programme for everyone?
Yes, every adult should have a health screening examination done especially if they are above 30 - 35 years for males and 35 - 40 years for females. If you are at special risk of age of potential ill-health, this screening should be done even earlier.
Those with the following are especially urged to undergo the programme:
- Having prolonged periods of job stress
- Have not had a thorough medical health screening recently
- Tire easily
- Are overweight
- Smoke and drink alcohol habitually
- Have a family history of heart disease, hypertension, diabetes, stroke or cancer
What you need to prepare for different medical check-ups
Health Screening
Patients need to fast least 10 hours prior to check-up. This is to ensure a baseline for the various health tests conducted. Sips of plain water however, are allowed.
The duration of the health screening process may vary from two to three hours. A complimentary light buffet breakfast will be arranged after the check-up.
Mammogram
Patients are not encouraged to undergo this examination if they are pregnant or during menstrual periods when the breasts are tender. Appointments are best made one week after the last day of your period. Do not use talcum powder or the deodorant before your examination. Please bring along the previous mammogram film
(if any)
Pap Smear
For representative results, you are advised to make your appointment on Day 10-14 of your menstrual cycle. This is approximately one week after the last day of your period.
Stress Test
Should you decide to take the Stress Test, please put on a comfortable outfit and pair of walking shoes.
Package includes breakfast lockers, changing room and shower facilities.
